I don't know if it will work for your Bredli, but it worked with my little "chainsaw" of a childreni.

I found that picking her up with a hook as MrB has said, and placing her straight on my hand, then as she moved forward, bringing my hands up from under her (never in front of her face) helped. But also, what seemed to make the biggest difference, was a firmer grip. Obviously not squashing her too tight.. .but just enough pressure to make her have to work through my hands, maybe she felt a little more secure.

And then the more she calmed down the more confident I grew.. and now she never bites at all. And she was really bad... 5-6 times would have been nice... she used to strike continuously.. more like 20 odd times.
