easy solution is have the probe temp running the heat of the incubator, then have a dual thermometre with the egg and then you can get an accurate reading from both and ajust as necessary. As waruikazi stated you have to provide fresh air every few days by opening the containers. Thats the way i run it and haven't had any probs.

everyone will run different idea's. I've seen them incubated and 100% hatch rate from a 6 pack esky at room temp in the NT. The egg are pretty hardy. The egg will let you know if your tecnique is right or not
