Make yourself a hook and get some 'reptihand' antibacterial stuff. Use the hook to get it out of the tank (some snakes are just defencive when being picked up but settle down when out), and the ethanol smell of the handwash may stop any thoughts of food the snake is having when you're handling. If he's just being agro and not hungry, check that it feels secure in its tank (plenty of hides, fake plants, etc, so it can move around and feel safe) and has a decent thermal gradient, then go with Geklors advice and handle it regularly.
