F10 is vetinary-grade disinfectant that is strong enough to kill all baddies even up to Parvovirus (not that your snake could get parvo, but thats how strong it is), and yet not smell awful and is safe for use on herp enclosures and equipment.

You can buy it online or from your local vet, 200ml costs about $35, but you use it so diluted one bottle will last you forever.

Whenever I do a major cleanout or swap animal enclosures I empty the tanks and spray absolutely everything with f10 (enclosure, cage furniture, water bowls, the lot), and let it sit for a while. While you don't have to rinse it off, I would advise to do so with your water bowls and feeding utensils. It's also pretty good with cleaning glass.

Just follow the dilution instructions on the bottle. It's great stuff, you'll hear it mentioned lots on these forums. It does seem expensive at first, but as I said, one bottle will last you a looooooooooong time.
