Most feeding issues are directly related to husbandry. This can be very difficult to diagnose without seeing the enclosure set up, so if you can provide photos of the enclosure, concentrating on such aspects as the location of it, size, heating, ventilation and general design, it should be enough for us to work out if it is the issue or not.
