Guys your temps need to be 32 at hot end and ambient at the other to get childreni to eat, make sure they have plenty of hide areas (I keep my youngsters on paper towel, and they love to get under it or between the sheets. )keep them in a low traffic area, in small tank and cover over with tea towel IF there is a lot of activity in the area. If ever I have problems with mine eating i go back to a smaller size rodent, usually works. Also some childreni do prefer mice to rats....I have some that only eat one or the other while the others eat whatever is put in front of them
Good Luck, and pm me if you need any more help
