hmmm this may seem stupid but i was talking to someone who kept elapids and they were talking about how when u get a python the council or w/e comes and checks the room you are keeping it in, and permantly seals of the windows??? they also said u were allowed to takje it out of that room? this seems weird because ive been reading up about care of pythons etc for the past 6 or 7 months and never read anything about it
