hey guys, i have a diamond python, i went on holidays for 5 days, before i left it appeared as though it was going to shed while i was away because the skin appeared to be milky as if it was going to come away from the body. I came back, and it had not shed. So i decided to feed it, as it didn't appear as though it was going to shed. I fed her a rat, she wrapped the rat up and began to swallow the rat, and as this was occuring i noticed her skin began to shed from her head. It finished it's meal, and around 15 minutes later it began to shed it's full skin.
I am unsure of this occuring before, as it has never happened to me or anywhere i have read before, has anyone else ever encountered this or know what may have caused this?
