Yes it is dead. I think it's stomach is full, and it's neck had wounds. I dont think there ar cane toads in there area where he lives but I dont really known for sure. He is always having to attack a cat in the hood for attacking other snakes so I dont know if this has been attacked by a cat. Other snakes dont know what type but I try and get hm to take some pics.
