The EPA have given conflicting advice on that one. They told me that when you're receiving reptiles from interstate it's up to you whether you send the seller any documentation, but apparently they've told other people things to the contrary.
To be honest, I don't think they really care as long as they get their white copy. If I were you, I'd send the white & pink copy to the EPA, keep the green copy myself and then offer Snake Ranch the yellow copy, which they probably won't care to have anyway.
