just have up one end a UV light... Blue tongues only really need UV... I would get a bulb tht is only like 40W or 60W which does ur UV aswell as a little heating - eg ReptaSunGlow... They come in the screw version, so fits into ur desk lamp styles (Well the screw fittings desk lamps)...
A heat mat isnt really needed... Just have the heat/UV lamp up one end and u will be set...
