More annoying questions about beardies.

my beardies are very happy and healthy but i wanna make sure im doin it alll right.
soo..
1. What greens do you feed to your beardies? - all raw?
2. What temp is there enclosure?
3. How do get my enclosure hotter without changing bulbs?
4. When do i set them up for hibernation??
