As a fellow frog lover i say hi

When white lips morph from taddies they are incredibly small. heaps smaller than GTF morphs, and unfortunatly they often have high morph fatality , but don't let that discourage you, as yours might turn out fine

I've got some 1yr olds that have just made it over the 4cm mark, so you won't need a large tank for then for a while. You will probibly want a small tank to keep them in for at least a couple of months, 1ft tank is plenty, but you could go even smaller than that, you just have to keep the tank in good condition.
Also don't have a big pond or water bown in wth the morphs as some can drown, but you need a shallow water source to keep humidity up - White lips are like specialst frogs if you get what i mean.

White lips also can suffer calcium defincy very easy, especailly as morphs so a good uv light, and calcium supliment is a MUST if you want them to survive.

What state are you in?
