The problem is almost definitely with the husbandry, not with the food item itself. Changing anything other than how the snake is kept will have little affect.

To ascertain the problem, you'll need to provide photographs of the enclosure, plus a detail description of the enclosure, heat sources, where it's kept in the house, handling routine and any other information that may be related to its lack of appetite.
