Yes you can buy that over the counter at a vet clinic. I wrote some dosages in this thread

Generally it can be given in food, either by making a hole in the mouse and putting the tablet in it. For smaller doses I generally crush the tablet up to a powder and mix it with 1ml or 10ml of water, depending on how much you need to give out. That way you can get smaller doses more acurate. You can also tube the snake and administer it that way but I would not be advising that unless you are experienced at tubing them
