as many as they'll eat over 2-3 sittings per day,...generaly between 50 and 100 cricks/roaches.
feeder insects should fit within the space between teh beardies eyes to avoid impactions.
2 meals for the first 5-6 months, then i cut them back to 1 roachy meal, really depends on the size and how much they'll eat in 1 sitting..
