... so HOPEFULLY it comes in a week or just a bit over
... is there any quicker way of getting it besides saying its urgent??

Dunmovin -Thats how i think of it as well
a mate of mine said that some breeders do sell with just your license number and some other stuff? not sure if this is true or not. or you just have to be a regular with a certain breeder < is that true?
