Hey guys thought I'd post some pics of my pets and their enclosures. Let me know your thoughts.
First up is the Frog Tank. Its a 4ft H by 3ft W by 3ft D glass tank that we scored off eBay It houses 6 Green Tree Frogs in total (4 males and 2 females).
Now we have our Baby Jack Russell (Coco). The little @#%$ has already chewed through our internet cable several times and seems to have something against our rear speakers in the lounge room.
Next up is Billy aka Black Cat aka Blue Cat (he wants to dye his hair Blue) who is a Persian cross Himilayian. For some strange reason he has become more of a dog then Coco as if he isnt peeing on the Puppy Pads you'll find him drinking from our Toilet bowl!
And here are the Turtles! Theyre kept in your standard sized 4ft Fish Tank.
We have 2 Snake-Necks and 2 Saw-Shells as well as a few fish living in there.
We have them eating the Turtle Dinners at the moment but will soon move them onto more "Natural" Foods.
Finally there is Monty. S/he is a Darwin Carpet that Slatey sold me about 2 months ago. Currently she is around 60cm long and thouroughly enjoys her 4ft ReptileOne enclosure.
Her diet has just been changed from Pinkie Mice to Pinkie Rats.
We currently handle her every second day on average and she loves giving kisses on lips!
As of yet she has not made one attempt to tag anyone who has held her. I must say, she is definately our prized posession.
We also have another cat named Roxy aka Red Cat because she wants to be red (She is a Champaign Coloured Purebred Persian). Unfortuantly she didnt feel up to the photoshot yesterday but photos will be uploaded here shortly.
Second on the non-photographed list is Milo the Dog. He is a Maltesse cross Shitsu. He belongs to my brothers other half but is an awesome addition to our Zoo... I mean family.
Third up is our birds. An Indian Ringneck and a Cockatiel. Theyre pretty much the only outdoor pets we have but theyre still funky.
Last but not least are the newest additions that we got tonight from Kellyville. Two beautiful little Red-Eyed Tree Frogs. They are yearlings but are very small for their age. As with all of the other unphotographed pets, photos will be uploaded shortly.
