I just take them straight out of the freezer Arbok and put them into a small bowl with hot tap water for 5 mins or untill fully thawed through! Very fast and efficent it dosent take long at all. You just have to be sure it is thawed ALL the way through as feeding your snake frozen food isnt good!!
