The March meeting of the Macarthur Herp Society will be this Friday night.

Show Administration night, all questions, application forms and collection of fees.
All show prices will be on display. SHOW APPLICATION WILL CLOSE 28th MARCH,
APPLICATIONS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED AFTER THIS DATE.
This will be your last chance to ask questions about the show. We will be given
setup times on the night, a must attend meeting if you are involved or want to
be in the show.
Please submit all application form forms on the night after the 21st we will be checking our post box on a daily
basis with Friday the 28th been the last check. All due money will be collected on Saturday for those applications received during
the 21st - 28th March.
Anyone that has put their names down for volunteers a roster will be displayed on Friday's meeting. Final Floor plan will also be in display
