| I think he should be just over 6 feet (about half an inch). Snake skins normally stretch about 30% (But some can be longer or shorter). Often people measure the shed skin and think pythons are a lot bigger than they really are. Good example is the reports of mega giant green anaconda.
If you want to know how long your snake is – take a string and run it down the snake’s back and measure the string.
