have had the same problem with my 2 yo male, was excellent feeder then acted is he was scared of the mice.. Didn't eat for almost 3 months, lost a bit of weight initially but was ok. I found bump the temps up to around 32 in the hot end and leave it alone, no handling at all. wait a few weeks and then offer food, if refused don't offer food again for another week.

i eventually cut the nose of an adult mouse and he took it, don't know if that was a trick or he was finally hungry. ever since this first feed i only offer food every 2 weeks and haven't had a drama, still takes a little longer before striking but he is eating. i have also been feeding him in the enclosure now so there is no stress initially prior to feeding.
