Thanks.

Yeah, i realized it was a bit of a guessing game, i was just wondering on roughly how much heat a cord gets. I recieved a reply elsewhere saying that the cords get to around 36 degrees so i am guessing it would take a fair while for the cord to heat that kind of space up which is a bummer becuase i will be opening the cupboard twice a day which would let the heat out and it would take a while for the cord to heat it back up.

Are ceramic heat emitters more powerful than a cord?

Or is there some other kind of heater i could use for this kind of thing?

And why do people line their chambers with aluminium foil? Does it keep the heat in?
