Yes newspaper is the best,breeders choice is good for cats and dogs,with newspaper if a snake does a turd you can pick the whole lot up and throw in the bin then replace with fresh and clean,snakes rarely get newspaper pages down
but they sometimes try by accident also.The pellets should be passed by the bhp,they have amazing digestion if they are kept at the right temperatures.
