Water Pythons are among the fastest growers of all Australian snakes. They can get to 6' within 12 months of age, and typically would be at least 100cm. They'll grow much more than 30cm in their first year unless you really underfeed them. There isn't really a 'full size' as snakes never stop growing, but most of the growth is done in the first two or three years, at which time they're usually about 6-7' long.
