Just get handles or finger slots ground into each door.

The only thing you need to worry about would be sliding it open and closed easily.
Aluminium tracks and wheels on your glass doors might be a go.

You would need your doors around 975mm wide for overlap.

Thanks kindly for the info. I looked up spec on the cowdroy website and think tracks and wheels would be the go as well.
