Way to scare people

My knuckle has been sore ever since I was bitten by my bredli a few weeks ago, and at certain points it feels like theres too much pressure and I cant bend it. Not sure if theres a tooth stuck or if shes just damaged something else, I would have thought there would be swelling etc though if it was a tooth as the body tries to reject it?
