I thought it was a bit weird when the lady gave me a infra red one i never really asked any questions though because i asked her how to best set up an enclosure for an ackie and thats what she got me. i didn't real;ly think they needed uv so i thought id wait first...besides i have them next to a window for sunlight. I know glass blocks uv but meh
Should i get a cage for the light before i put it inside the tank ???
