It's not illegal for licensed catchers.....

Thanks Baz, thats what I was going to say - they're only to be used if they can be monitored and rescued straight away.

Jonno, that is the biggest problem I have with them, and try not to use them anymore. I had a bad experience with someone I set a trap for, and told them that they had to watch it and call me straight away - I really emphasised it too. Anyway, they killed the snake when it was trapped. The thing that really peeved me off is that I didn't even ask for any money for the callout cause it was someone my mum worked with!
