...in saying that, I have found it all but impossible to maintain Monitor temps in a melamine enclosure...I can never keep my cool end cool. I have found that my Monitors are more enjoyable captives with a cool end down as low as the ambient temperature and a hot spot around 65 - 75*c...this can be achieved in a melamine enclosure, however, it will require a very large amount of ventilation...
...I have found large fish tanks to be most suitable for my needs...
