You can mist her (not in her enclosure) thoroughly in a bucket, or get an eye dropper and drop droplets of water onto her snout. Sometimes they will drink when you give them a shallow bath too.
Beef & vegies pureed baby food (buy them in a small jar/can) is a good one.
