You could use apple, pear, chicken, pumpkin, or turkey. Just put it into a needle-less syringe and squirt a bit on her nose, she should start licking at it. You can encourage her to drink water by putting her in a shallow lukewarm bath and misting her with a spray bottle. Sometimes swishing the water in front of their face will help too - beardies can be a bit dumb and often don't really recognise standing water. Misting them and dripping water on their nose seems to work most of the time.

Also, as FredBear mentioned, bump up her basking spot temps to aid digestion. Anywhere around 35-40 degrees is good.
