Beardies handle freight perfectly fine. I've freighted quite a few of my own hatchlings interstate, anywhere from 3 weeks of age onwards - and I've not yet had a single problem. Most of them are settled in and eating at their new home within hours of arriving on their flight. I have also had adults freighted to me, no probs whatsoever.
