A glass tank is a big NO NO! Glass heats up to much. For a Spotted you will need longer then higher, they do climb but its not their everyday thing like a Carpet python. You would need 3ft, 40cm, 40cm, Thats what I have my Children's python in(Same as a Spotted). For heating you can use a Ceramic 60 watt bulb or a Inffered bulb, their tempreture needs to be ranged from 25-32(32 in warm spot, middle 27-29 and the cool end about 24-25), you will need 2 hides, one in the cool end and the other on the warm end, also need a waterbowl, plant/s, branches/logs and with feeding, feed in a seperate container so he/she does not think your feeding it everytime you open the enclosure. Do not handle between 3-4 days after a feed because they will be digesting in that time, also is they dont feed, they will be ready for a shed(if they have milky eyes or skin) if not it could be to cold.

Hope this helps.
