| Some snakes will do this, not exactly sure why though. I would imagine it has something to do with the snake knowing it is dead(most seem to still constrict dead stuff). 2 of my macs will always eat chicken necks in a very docile fashion without constricting yet will smash a thawed rodent without thinking. |
