| As far as i know (i could be wrong) you can pay via credit card, im sure there was an option on the form.
But bear with them, this is their busiest time of year and they are very understaffed.
If you havent recieved anything back from them in 3 weeks, give them a call and if its been processed they can give you your licence number.
