Even if it did the impossible and started on both feet simultaneously the guys arms would be stretched upward , above the head, due to the swallowing process, wich they are not.
In Fact there is no way to swallow a person and end up with the person arms in that position.
Therer are also legititamte pics of a malaysian retic attempting to swallow a rubber plantation worker. In those pics the snake has the head swallowed and got stuck on theshoulders. The pics are genuine and the snake was killed, and the mans body retrieved.

After seeing that rock python eat that antelope on that David Attenborough show the other day, a small man seems like light work for a snake of that size.
