well that explain a few things....
i have glass set ups myself...vavariums
but i dont keep hatchies in uninsulated glass habitats...they dont keep heat at night well
it takes allot of adjusting to maintain temps
the drop in temp at night would fall below 20*

do you use a digital thermometer for your temps?

hate to be a bad egg...but 35 at the bottom ,even 26*at the cool end is too hot
23 is reasonable at the cool end

i think venus said....take dragon out after or at sleep time
this is good as their heart rate is slower...they are naturally calmer
bathing also helps in luke warm water...its soothing(but some just dont ever like it!

even with calm handling...i still think you have heat issues
too hot or too cold will make any dragon none handleable
hot air rises....if its 35 at floor level....what is it where your dragon bakes????

trying to look at the pics that venus made a link to....
do your U.V & heat sit on the glass?....or are they bare through the tank...nothing between the lights & the dragon ,so to say?
