I think that's a pretty big call - I've explained the other reasons I'm interested in breeding and I've been a responsible pet owner for many years (we have a desexed dog atm). I am planning in advance to determine whether we can afford to breed animals, I will do my research and breed responsibly.

My husband and I have always tried to teach our daughter to respect all animals and to appreciate the natural cycle of life. We recycle, compost, have a worm farm and grow some of our own vegies, and she has been part of all these activities since she could walk. She understands the importance of caring for nature, and to extend this by showing her how fascinating reptiles are, she can only grow up to respect and care about the world around her. I'm not sure what can be more important than that!
