To receive a snake from interstate:
You should get a movement advice and put the details of the snake's owner and your details in the appropriate places. Then send 3 copies to the snake owner (green, pink and yellow) who then sends two back with the snake (green and pink) and they keep the yellow for their own records.
When you receive the snake you need to sign the bottom of the pink form, and send it, along with the white form to the EPA. Keep the green form for your own records.
