Have you got your heat lamp wired to a thermostat? If not then do so and set it to about 32c (although some will suggest a little higher - My bredlis ar set to 32c)

Next time, offer him the pinky, and when you know he has the scent and is clearly not going to take it from you, leave it in the enclosure with him for a few hours and leave him completely alone. Then check back and see if it has been eaten.

I have a couple of snakes that prefer to be fed like this.
