hmmm well I'm thinking unless the fighting is serious in which one or the other is getting hurt badly, and both rats are still eating normally, I wouldn't worry too much about it as rats tend to be quite territorial and often scrap with one another, so it's actually quite normal. They should settle down after a a week or so though, just give it some time.
