For each colony start off with 400 more depending on the tub size 55day old from the herpshop. I use plastic storage tubs, pain fluon or vaseline around the top to stop escapes(fluon is less messy) and then fill with egg carton, toilet rolls and other bits of cardborad they can hide in. Provide them with carrot for moisture and rat pellets or dog food for the base diet. I provide heating during winter to keep them breeding, 30c is good. Setup one tub with a variety of sizes so you can feed off that one while the others establish.
