Im moving my stimsoni into a larger enclosure and I'm running a heat mat into a microclimate ministat 100 and newspaper substrate.



My question is... What can i do to keep the probe contacting with the newspaper where the heating is?

Its just sitting on top but im concerned the snake will move it off completely.


I don't want to use tape because i've heard horror stories before but i have no idea what else i can use thats safe.


blu tac?

masking tape? (because its less adhesive)

suggestions anyone? I'm hoping to put the snake in right away because everything is perfect with temps and all that its just this issue is the only thing stopping me putting in the snake.
