A page of notes at the start of signing up would never get read. Everyone who has read the terms and conditions for all the programs you have installed etc before agreeing to them put up your hands. *cricket background noises* people just cant be bothered, esp. those who are asking the stupid questions. The only way i could see it getting read is if you tested them on it.
