Juvie-HELP!

Hi,
I have just bought 2 juvenile central beardies, they are currently in the same tank as they hatched from the same clutch and are used to living together. The tank is 5.5ftx1.5ftx2ft so they have lots of room.
But one of them is always hiding in his cave & the other is always sitting under the heat light in the open. It's almost like it is guarding the heat light and the other one is scared.
Any advice on this would be appreciated as they are my first beardies.
