The numbers in the hobby are growing exponensially. In NSW there are only 100s of class 2 licenses, (required for gpt's and rsps), out of 10s of 1000s of all classes licenses. We sold all our albino carpets easily but gtps ad rsps are a little slower. I think thats because of the smaller market because of the much smaller number of class two licenses out there. It seems most people intend to breed and so want pairs. I expect gtps will end up being sold as sexed yearlings for much the same price as unsexed hatchoes were sold in the past. The same with albino olives; This season pairs move out the door quickly but with only single sexes available now, people want to wait until next year for a pair.
