To biancanbobby and tezza007 here's a couple more things to try. Defrost the food item inside a freezer bag placed in a container with boiled water in it and once defrosted it should be warm (not hot). Then get hold of a skink or gekoe (whichever is easiest to get hold of) and use this to scent the food item. Place the snake and the food into a clickclack and place the clickclack in the enclosure. Do not disturb the snake while confined with the food ie no visible movement near the enclosure. Darkness or dull light may also assist. Check snake in maybe an hour or two.

PS dont place the click at the hottest or coolest ends of the enclosure - mid range temp
