frog tank lid made of mesh

I have this fish tank that needed a mesh lid because I've had this tadpole in there that has grown in there from an egg, and he is now a frog but still has a tail.
So today I went and bought some mesh to cover the top with as the tank didn't have a fitting lid.
Anyone have any ideas of how to make a proper lid out of mesh? The tank is glass and I have plenty of mesh.
