So firstly housing, i was going to fill about 15-20 cms of water on the bottom of a fish tank i own and add large black river pebbles so the entire bottom of the tank is not under water, and use a water heater with a Uv globe on top. Is this sufficient enough? will the water heater heat the tank enough? and what temperature should the water be?

And secondly feeding, will frogs happily eat crickets alone or do they need a mix? and if i was going to only have 2 gtf should i breed my own crickets?

TYVM for any help

That sounds o.k my only concern would be when it came to feeding you may find a lot of crickets end up in the water, you could feed out side the Vivarium or try and tweezer feed.

The maximum you should set the water heater is 26 degrees, but in summer you can turn it down to 24 degrees and sometimes depending how hot your house gets you may need to turn it off. Depending on your house temperature you may not need the water heater at all.
It is best to set up the Vivarium with a thermometer, running the lights as you would if it had frogs in and monitor the temperatures for a week or so.

For two adult frogs you would be feeding approximately 2-3 crickets each 2-3 nights a week so I wouldn't think it was worth breading them. Cockroaches are a lot easier to breed so may be worth it.

Here is a good care sheet:
